Documents needed for Study Leave with Pay- 2024/2025.
Ghana Education Service in every year releases a procedure and requirements for diploma teachers who have served for some numbers to years to continue their studies through regular mode, teachers enjoy study leave with pay on this note.
This year’s study leave with pay has been released by the Education Service with alot of conditions attached, Every year has it requirement and processes, about two years ago, Information Communication and Technology was excluded but has been added now.
The number of years previous was minimum of three years for those in deprived communities but has been reduced to two years in deprived communities.
Below are some documents which will be needed in processing for Study Leave With Pay.
1. Appointment letter
2. Current Payslip
3. Certificate (s) wassec and college certificate
3. Current promotion letter if any/ confirmation letter if any.
4. Personal record form.
5. Application Letter.
